Depending on the feature, GrooveShelf may interact with Apple services, recognition providers, or metadata services such as Discogs. Their own privacy policies may also apply.

The current product direction prioritizes local storage on the user device. Some recognition requests may require data transmission to connected services when those features are enabled.
